Our client set their business up in 2013 and has helped grow it to £40m FuM. They have now sold their share and acquired a directly authorised business as they wanted to break off on their own. They currently manage £20m FuM and are looking to reach £125m within 6 years via acquisition.
They offer independent financial advice with open architecture to enable clients to stay invested on existing investment mandates. They are happy to offer f2f, video or telephone advice and will be guided by the clients preference.
The firm have strong financials with funding in place to support their growth plans through acquisitions.
