The Company

Our client set their business up in 2013 and has helped grow it to £40m FuM. They are now selling their share as they wish to break off on their own and acquire a directly authorised firm for a change of control.

They want to continue to offer independent financial advice with open architecture to enable clients to stay invested on existing investment mandates. They are happy to offer f2f, video or telephone advice and will be guided by the clients preference.

The firm have strong financials with funding in place to support their growth plans through acquisitions.

Value

Generally a multiple of 3.5x to 4x of ongoing fee income.
