The principal has previous acquisition experience and delivers high quality personalised financial planning, predominantly through video meetings due to client preference however is happy to provide f2f if the client prefers.

This option is suitable for advisers wanting a complete exit while ensuring their clients continue to receive a reliable and consistent service
Value
You can expect a multiple of 3.5 to 4 times ongoing fee income. Payment structures typically follow either 50/25/25 or 33/33/33.
