“Gemma Irvine, HR Lead at HR People Support Ltd, shares some top tips in managing the Merger and Acquisitions process, from an employment perspective. Gemma has supported a number of IFA and FCA regulated clients through the process, transferring up to 40 people.

Gemma has an HR Generalist background, within not-for-profit, housing, publishing and marketing sectors. Gemma moved into outsourced HR in 2017, where she started managing TUPE processes and working with financial services clients.

Gemma’s experience managing these processes provides a healthy baseline from which to guide and support IFAs going through a Merger and Acquisitions process, to achieve a long term successful outcome retaining staff through what can be a challenging and emotive process.”
